Throughout the New Testament we read of the imperative as believers to be in the body. Scripture is full of 'one another' statements, and we all know we can't practice the 'one anothers' without others. The same is true in children's ministry. We need each other as we serve the body. We need to be encouraged by those who have gone before us in this ministry and spurred on to do the job God has called us to. 

We all have questions and need help navigating the role of Children's Ministry.

But who do you go to for the answers to your questions? Who is there to help you think through your ministry and how you can best serve the children and families in your church? There are plenty of books and conferences and even Facebook groups, but sometimes you need something more personal. This is where coaching or mentorship calls come into play. As someone who's been where you are, it's my joy to come alongside you and help you think through the needs of your ministry through coaching and mentorship calls.

  • personal growth in teaching and administration
  • any area of ministry you are dealing with...

During the initial call we'll discuss what you're hoping to gain from coaching and the steps moving forward. Coaching packages are 3, 5 or 10 calls.

How much does this cost?

Each of the 3 coaching call packages have a base rate, but I know that not all leaders and churches have the same budget. My heart is for those who need a partner in ministry and it is my desire to want work with leaders and their budgets. During the first call, we will go over your needs and the final cost will be determined.
